In the same way, when you’re out taking care of personal appointments, duties, and other small commitments, we’d rather you not worry about work! That is why we have introduced flexible working hours in our offices. Here’s what the policy looks like-
Policy:
- In the flexible working hours system, the number of minimum hours that should be worked during a month is 160 hours, which does not include break time.
- The earliest and latest time a Flexi hours employee is permitted to work on a weekday. At AtliQ bandwidth is from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- The core hours are between 11 am to 4 pm, where it is compulsory for employees to be in the office. Core hour bands are established in order to ensure sufficient staff coverage during peak periods on a business day, facilitate department meetings, and other operational matters.
How it has helped us:
Due to our flexible working hours policy, we have observed fewer leaves of absence and better work productivity. The team is happy with their work-life balance. We’ve seen an improvement in attitude towards work and observe that all our employees are happy with their work-life since we introduced this policy.
